My favorite tools for supporting weight loss + muscle growth
I have been sharing my journey of fat loss + muscle gain over on instagram. Many of you in my audience hav resonated with that I’ve been sharing. 1.) Step Counting Watch : I got this one on Amazon. It’s so cheap and works so well! And YES it is accurate I’ve tested it for 6 months. Great way to get your steps in and to see your overall movement from day to day.

5.) Walking Pad : I did my research for a while with this one. It has great reviews and I’ve had mine for a few months and am very happy with it! It allows me to get steps in when I’m working, at odd times or when I can’t leave the house with kids. Highly recommend and very affordable.
6.) Magnesium Spray : Our body needs magnesium for 500 different functions. It’s incredibly important. So I make sure to take it internally and externally. When you’re exercising a lot muscles tend to need some help recovering and this shortens the time my muscles are sore and overall supports my immune system and recovery.
